Introduction to SUP 2 hours with 90 minutes on the water All equiptment provided.

Please note: Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during Flat Water Stand-Up Paddle boarding activities.
The accompanying parent or guardian is responsible for ensuring any participant under the age of 18 complies with all rules and instructions set out by WhatSUP Training, during the activity.

For all activities, participants are required to wear suitable footwear such as old trainers or wet shoes, along with suitable sportswear (e.g., leggings, tracksuit bottoms, shorts) and/or swimwear.

It is recommended that participants bring a change of clothes and a towel, as getting wet is possible.
Please note There are no changing rooms provided at any venue for use by customers

Unfortunattely we don't provide wetsuits or drysuits.
We require all customers to wear a buoyancy aid and quick release waist belt when on the water.
